02 — What We Do
PaceHaus is a creative agency offering brand strategy, identity, content, and campaign work for clients globally. Anything you read on the site is intended to describe our work and approach — it doesn't constitute a binding offer of services.
03 — Intellectual Property
The content on this site — copy, visuals, code, identity system, case studies — belongs to PaceHaus or to the brands we've worked with, used with permission. You're welcome to view and share, but reproduction, modification, or republication without written consent isn't permitted.
04 — Acceptable Use
Don't try to break the site, scrape it at volume, impersonate us, or use anything you find here to mislead others. Reach out if you'd like to license or repurpose specific work — we're usually happy to discuss.
05 — Client Engagements
When we start working together, terms are set in a signed Statement of Work. That document overrides what's here for anything related to your project — scope, deliverables, payment, ownership of work product, revisions, and timelines all live in the SOW.
06 — No Warranty
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we can't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted or error-free. Information here is for general orientation; for anything load-bearing, talk to us directly.
07 — Limitation of Liability
PaceHaus isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our liability for direct damages, where allowed by law, is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months — or zero if you're just a visitor.
08 — Changes & Termination
We can update, suspend, or take down the site or any of its content at any time. If we change these terms materially, we'll mark the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the change.
09 — Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PaceHaus is registered. Any disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise in writing.
