This policy explains what information we collect when you visit pacehaus.com or get in touch, and what we do with it. It applies to the website and our direct correspondence — not to data we collect under a signed engagement, which is governed by that contract.
Two kinds: what you give us directly (name, email, company, project details when you contact us or schedule a call), and what your browser sends automatically (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, time on page — standard analytics traffic). We don't ask for and don't intentionally collect anything sensitive — financial data, government IDs, or health information — through the public site.
To reply to your inquiry and follow up on a project. To understand which pages on the site work and which don't, so we can improve them. To send occasional updates — but only if you've asked for them. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with brokers, and we don't use it for behavioural advertising.
The site uses cookies for two reasons: keeping it running smoothly (essential cookies) and measuring traffic patterns (analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work, we just lose visibility into how it's performing. Traffic measurement is handled by Google Analytics — their privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We share what we collect with the service providers that help us run the site — hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google), and calendar booking (Cal.com) — under instructions to use data only for the service they're providing. We may also share information with authorities if we're legally required to. That's it. No marketing partners, no data brokers.
Inquiry emails and project correspondence are kept while you're an active or recent client, then purged annually. Analytics aggregates are retained for as long as Google's default policy keeps them.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold on you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it entirely. Just email [email protected] with the request. We'll respond within 30 days.
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers (Vercel, Google) with industry-standard security practices. No system is bulletproof — but we'd never store sensitive data here in the first place.
The site isn't aimed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll flag them more prominently. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the current version.
